Les Trilles is produced by a century-old cooperative located in a 300-habitants village in the Lleida region, near Barcelona. Obtained through a first cold extraction, this extra virgin oil is made from the very aromatic Arbequina olive. It is characterized by its exceptional quality, its bright green color and its very low acidity (0.1°). To the taste, it is sweet, very fruity with a nice bitterness, and slightly spicy on the finish.

Les Trilles is mechanically pressed and subjected to rigorous quality controls, from the production of the fruit to the bottling. The members of the cooperative, proudly apply the principles of sustainable agriculture, while respecting the environment and health.
